The hosting provider Hostinger, whose servers are located in mainland France, stores emails sent via the website’s contact form, so that CoupEco can read the messages you send. No personal data is stored on this website itself or the platform used (WordPress). Cookies (anonymous information) are stored for one month on your browser.

If you have provided personal data to CoupEco, you can request to receive a file containing all the personal data the company holds about you. You can also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not include data stored for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Only the person in charge at CoupEco, Mr. Thierry Boulard, and his administrative office have access to the messages you send to the company. As those responsible for data processing, they will ensure the maximum security of your information: storing emails received via the contact form on a server (IMAP) for a maximum period of one month and consulting messages via a secure protocol (SSL).
