For what uses is it intended?
The Cosmos 105T is aimed directly at fruit growers, farmers, CUMA (Cooperatives for Agricultural Machinery Use), and agricultural work companies that operate in high-density orchards, stone fruit, drupe, or pome trees, and on agricultural or hedgerow hedges. It is particularly suited for hazelnuts. Thanks to its significant working height and dual cutting capacity (saw or flails), it ensures both formative pruning and maintenance pruning, even in hard-to-reach or high-altitude plots.
Whether in apple, pear, walnut, or other fruit orchards, the Cosmos 105T combines speed, ease of use, and precision, while reducing tedious manual interventions. Its quick installation at the front or rear of the tractor helps reduce preparation times and allows for swift transitions from one plot to another.
The advantages of the Cosmos 105T model
The Cosmos 105T was designed to deliver maximum performance while remaining easy to use. Its telescopic arm allows covering great heights without repositioning the tractor. The two-speed control box allows you to adjust the cutting speed according to the condition of the vegetation or the type of intervention. The 150T allows you to shape the orchard into a cone, pyramid, or cube according to your needs.
Thanks to its fine-toothed saw blades, the branches are cut cleanly, which promotes quick healing and reduces the risk of diseases. The flail decks (optional) allow for regular maintenance of young shoots with a gentler cut. It is a very durable model; the first models have been operating in Chile, Canada, and France for 10 years.
Its reduced size facilitates passage through narrow-row orchards, and the available short version allows it to adapt to small-sized tractors. The hydraulic unit operates with biodegradable oil that requires no maintenance or oil changes. Finally, the Cosmos 105T can be equipped with numerous additional accessories to adapt to the specific needs of each operation: 3m pruner, extra protections, branch collector, or even opposite row opening kit.
