No, it’s prohibited to trim a hedge without visibility.
The benchmark for urban maintenance
For what uses and for which professions?
The Galax 6000 is designed for local authorities, municipal services and landscape contractors who regularly work on tree lines, high hedges and borders in urban and suburban areas.
Thanks to its compact design and optimised guidance, it can be used for clean, continuous pruning, even along pavements, narrow roads or traffic lanes.
It is perfectly suited to the needs of municipal teams and professionals responsible for the regular upkeep of hedges and tree-lined areas, while offering a consistent quality of cut suited to this type of alignment work.

The technical advantages of the model
The 7 synchronised decks (Ø 420 mm) provide a clean, perfectly straight cut of up to 25 mm with the decks and 70 mm with the saw blades. It has a cutting range of 9.3 m high and 7.3 m horizontal, so you can work efficiently on high hedges without having to reposition the tractor frequently.
One of the model's major assets is its automatic cutterbar offset and correction system. The cylinders continuously control the alignment of the cutting plane, ensuring perfect uniformity even over long lengths. The high speed of rotation (3400 rpm) guarantees a fast, clean cut that respects the plant.
Steering is made much easier by the forward position of the cutterbar, which gives the operator optimum visibility throughout the work. Its self-contained hydraulic motor means it is free from the hydraulic constraints of the forwarder, while maintaining constant performance. The machine weighs in at 3860 kg, making it ideally suited to work on roads and frequent crossings in urban areas.
