La FM5 s’adresse aux professionnels de la canne à sucre qui veulent sortir de la récolte 100 % manuelle, trop longue, coûteuse et fatigante. Elle a été conçue pour répondre à une réalité de terrain : des plantations denses, des conditions de coupe difficiles, souvent sous la chaleur, avec peu de marge d’erreur. Grâce à sa configuration compacte, elle s’installe facilement sur une pelle de 6 à 8 tonnes, permettant d’intervenir rapidement, y compris dans les champs les plus encombrés ou irréguliers. C’est un outil qui facilite la récolte : il vient tout simplement la rendre plus rapide, plus propre, plus efficace. Idéale pour les exploitants en quête d’une vraie solution pour mécaniser leur récolte, sans passer à de lourds équipements industriels.
The advantages of the FM5 model
The FM5 combines a 600 mm (80 teeth) saw blade with a reinforced grapple, capable of opening up to 110 cm. This duo allows cutting and holding the canes in a single movement, minimizing losses and facilitating sorting. The 50 cm³ hydraulic motor, equipped with a pressure limiter, offers constant rotation, even in difficult conditions. The cut is clean, precise, and done at ground level for better regrowth.
The FM5 prevents the dispersion of the stems, facilitates the resumption or collection, and limits the crushing of the remaining plants for better regrowth. Its compact size and simple hitch system allow for quick transitions from one site to another, with minimal adjustments and great ease of use.
