They allow for the mechanization of sugarcane harvesting, replacing the often long, laborious, and costly manual cutting, while ensuring a clean and even cut.
The range is aimed at both individual farms and agricultural cooperatives. It is suitable for anyone looking for a productivity boost without sacrificing cutting quality.
Yes. Two types of blades are available depending on the working conditions: large teeth for rocky or uneven terrain, small teeth for a more precise finish.
Yes. All our cutters are designed and assembled in our workshop in Pons (Charente-Maritime). Each machine is designed to withstand the rigors of the field and last over time.
Mechanize the harvest simply and efficiently
Specifically designed for sugarcane
The FM5 is aimed at sugarcane professionals who want to move away from 100% manual harvesting, which is too time-consuming, costly and tiring. It has been designed to meet the realities of the field: dense plantations, difficult cutting conditions, often in the heat, with little margin for error. Thanks to its compact design, it can easily be mounted on a 6 to 8 tonne excavator, enabling it to be used quickly, even in the most congested or uneven fields. It's a tool that makes harvesting easier: it simply makes it faster, cleaner and more efficient. It's ideal for farmers looking for a real solution to mechanise their harvesting, without the need for heavy industrial equipment.

The advantages of the FM5 model
The FM5 combines a 600 mm (80 teeth) saw blade with a reinforced grapple, capable of opening up to 110 cm. This duo allows cutting and holding the canes in a single movement, minimizing losses and facilitating sorting. The 50 cm³ hydraulic motor, equipped with a pressure limiter, offers constant rotation, even in difficult conditions. The cut is clean, precise, and done at ground level for better regrowth.
The FM5 prevents the dispersion of the stems, facilitates the resumption or collection, and limits the crushing of the remaining plants for better regrowth. Its compact size and simple hitch system allow for quick transitions from one site to another, with minimal adjustments and great ease of use.
