Sugarcane
Solar XV5
Designed for sugar cane professionals looking for efficiency, the XV5 harvester provides fast, clean harvesting, even in difficult conditions. Compact, manoeuvrable and powerful, it can be fitted to hydraulic excavators from 2.5 to 5 tonnes.

Sugarcane
Solar XV8
Discover the XV8 sugar cane cutter, designed to lighten the load of time-consuming and arduous work that is still mostly done by hand. It is equipped with an 850 mm diameter cutter bar specially developed for cutting cane, and a reinforced double-grip grapple capable of gripping different types of cane firmly.

Sugarcane
Solar FM5
Discover the FM5, a unique solution for mechanised sugarcane harvesting. This compact, robust machine makes particularly demanding work easier, and is perfectly suited to excavators from 6 tonnes upwards.
Sugarcane
Solar FM3
Designed for farmers who want to make sugar cane harvesting easier and more mechanised, while keeping the machine compact and easy to manoeuvre, the FM3 is the ideal model for 3.5 t hydraulic excavators. It guarantees a clean, fast and even cut, even in dense plantations.
Agricultural work demanding precision and method
In sugarcane fields, nothing can be left to chance. Cutting requires the right equipment, capable of operating with precision in often challenging conditions: dense foliage, thick stalks, and restricted access. To handle these constraints, reliable machinery is essential. This is where mechanical cane cutters come into play tools engineered to adapt to the terrain, making the work more efficient while respecting the plant.
Each model is designed to meet specific needs. For example, the FM3 cutter is perfectly suited for 3-ton excavators. Compact and highly maneuverable, it’s ideal for medium-sized operations or working in narrow areas. For denser environments or thicker cane stalks, the XV5 cutter is the perfect choice. Equipped with a 700 mm blade featuring 80 teeth and a reinforced grapple opening up to 90 cm, it delivers both power and precision when mounted on 5-ton excavators.
When cane diameter increases, more robust equipment is required. The XV8 cutter is built for intensive tasks, with an 850 mm blade, a 110 cm grapple, and compatibility with 8-ton excavators. It ensures fast cutting even through the toughest cane. Finally, the FM5 cutter, with its two 600 mm blades and wide grapple, is compatible with both 5-ton and 8-ton excavators. Its flexibility makes it the ideal choice for operators who alternate between different crop types.

Matching the tool to the crop for better yields
It’s not just about the blade. In sugarcane maintenance, everything matters: cutting width, clamping force, grapple type, and the ability to work between rows without damaging neighboring stalks. Cutters must adapt to both terrain and crop structure to avoid any loss in yield.
When equipment is properly selected, everything goes faster. Cuts are clean, work progresses smoothly, and machines experience less wear and tear. The right cutter makes the job more comfortable, eliminates unnecessary passes, and saves precious time. It also helps organize field space better, limits uncontrolled regrowth, and preserves the vitality of the cane.
Today, growers are looking for more than just a cutting tool. They want machines that are solid, precise, and built to last. Coup’Eco understands this well: our range of cutters, designed for all types of excavators and crops, directly addresses the realities of fieldwork. Practical, robust solutions, built for long term performance.
